DISTRICT AWARD OF MERIT
According to the District Advancement and Recognition Chairman, on or before December 15 all nominations should be submitted to the District Committee . Any nominations submitted for prior years have been destroyed. A new nomination form must be submitted for each year.
Nomination forms for the District Award may be obtained from the Council Service Center, Knoxville or Download them and fax them to 865-588-3728.
